Shower had ample pressure and large bathroom. Small bar for an evening drink is excellent. Offered what we needed for this stop on our travels.
The area was quite and peaceful just a short walk for the beach and the bars. Antibes was just a min walk in the other direction.
Great size room, lovely view, great balcony. The rooftop terrace was an unexpected treat; it seemed like not many people knew about it as we were the only ones up there!
Quiet, yet central location with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach. Will stay here again. The room was spacious and we had a lovely small balcony.
The breakfast was fabulous and you could take your tray out to the terrace, stay inside in the dining area, go up to the terrace on the 5th floor or to your room.
We ate at the 5th floor terrace one morning and the rest of our stay on the terrace off the dining area. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.
We were close to everything and would highly recommend this hotel. The cleaning staff entered the room when a don't disturb sign was displayed, apology from manager was fine.
I stayed three days but only had the room made up on two days which was by my choosing. I asked for eight two cups each and explained that I had tried to buy coffee but could not get any.
I was told no as they sell coffee in the bar. I offered to buy the sachets and was then provided grudgingly with another two.
I have stayed here many times and on this occasion had booked two suites for two nights and one suite for one night and so I felt providing me with a little extra coffee would have just been normal service.
I felt embarrassed at having asked. Junior suite was clean comfortable and well above average. It is simple and rooms compact. This isn't a criticism, but good to be aware.
Would highly recommend as location. The location is fantastic as a quiet base in Juan-les-Pins, it is on a leafy street close to la Pinede. Upper sea view rooms offer superb views.
Proximity to the school with noisy mornings Ongoing renovation of the facility just in front of the hotel. Proximity to the beach. Given online pictures, etc.
The underground car park was very difficult. We decided to leave the car there all day and not use it.
We should have selected a better room There was only one coffee machine maker which was slow. The breakfast choices were good. Locations was very convenient The staff were very helpful.
Hotel is in great location as so close to beach. The room was a little dated and could use a makeover the staff were very friendly and helpful the breakfast was nice.
A very boring outdated style within the room and booked because the hotel had private parking but when we arrived no parking spots were available.
Nice large bathroom, welcoming staff, perfect location. Very noisy at night as there was a music festival on very nearby, it would have been nice to know this in advance.
They didn't seem to do evening meals e. Renovation is definitely demanded. Allthough the room was tidy and all the utilities worked fine, you can't ignore the out-of-date surroundings.
One could start with some little things to change, like towels and bed clothing for the start. As a woman I would definitely rearrange the mirror situation in the bathroom.
It is not possible to see one's face in adequate light since it comes from behind. The small mirror attached from the right doesn't really change it, unless you want to see just your nostrils.
Again the light comes from behind, no matter how you rotate it. Of course one could do her make up near the mirror in the room but the light, at least in our room, still does not come straight.
But all in all we felt quite comfortable. The hotel is situated lovely within 15 minutes walk to any public beach in Antibes or Juan-Les-Pines, if you like to take a stroll, and in a few steps to most private beaches if you prefer to have your slice of beach in comfort near the crowded embankment.
We loved the lobby. It seemed that some decades ago it used to be full of people and parties but now it is abandoned for some reason and nobody plays the piano and has evening drinks anymore.
This nostalgic atmosphere is stylish, with a light note of vintage, if you like it, and adorable. The room was spacious and quiet and had everything for a good night rest, even an extra door which prevented us from hearing noises from the corridor.
A kettle and a fridge are very handy. Though it might seem that the hotel is somewhat overpriced for its value, I believe you will be satisfied to stay there taking into consideration all the proposals in the area.
The breakfast is good enough for its price. Mind that it is not common to have a substantial meal in the morning in France and normally it consists of pastries and coffee.
But here you can even cook fresh eggs to your personal taste, make it scrambled or with bacon or whatever else.
Most of the visitors are elderly couples and the living is calm. The balcony is isolated from the neighbours' and it is nice to feel the privacy.
If you are looking for a getaway, it is a very nice and comfortable variant. Wall to wall carpeting seems a little outdated. The room was a bit on the small side, but comfortable and clean.
While we were close to town, we were far enough away for it to be quiet. Please enter a valid email address.
